Apartment leasing has begun at an 11-story development downtown.
A model apartment is viewable on the first floor of the 25 Ottawa building.
The development’s 100 apartments range from 633-square-foot studios to 869-square-foot two-bedroom units.
Each type – studio, one bedroom and two bedroom – comes in varying sizes, and the units begin at $1,325 and $1,725 a month.
The expected move-in date is April 30.
Apartments are furnished with white or dark cabinets and energy-efficient appliances, and each unit has a laundry in the unit.
Each apartment comes with a parking space in the development’s parking deck and building amenities, such as a rooftop deck and a fitness center, are 24-hour access.
The $45 million, 11-story development will house Class A office space, 100 market-rate apartments and more than 280 parking spots.
Anchor tenants of the office space include Miller Johnson, Meritage Hospitality and DOMOREGOOD | Hanon McKendry.
