The project, located at 10452 Lodge Dr., will consist of nine three-story buildings with a total of 108 units and 432 beds.
The project is slated for completion before the 2018 summer semester and is leasing for next fall.

Grand Rapids-based Orion Construction is the project's contractor.
The Alpine will feature a number of amenities: a swimming pool; 24-hour fitness center; yoga studio; clubhouse with a pool table; flat-screen TVs throughout; game room and social lounge; barbecue grilling stations; fire pit; tanning beds; individual and group study rooms; computer lab with printers; coffee bar; beach volleyball court; and more.
Each unit will include a variety of standard furnishings and elements: sofa; lounge chair; flat-screen TV; coffee table; entertainment console; bar stools; washer; dryer; stainless-steel appliances; granite countertops; and more.
Each bedroom will have a private bathroom, walk-in closet, mattress, bed with storage, nightstand, desk and chair.
Each unit will be rented for about $600 a month.
