Project Summary

As part of a continued partnership with the Bridgewater Place building, and as the preferred contractor for tenant build-outs and their respective clients, Orion Construction completed a 6,500 sq ft demolition and remodel for Ameriprise Financial Inc. on the second floor of the 18 floor high rise.

The renovation involved demolition of an existing office space—partitioning approximately 5,000 sq ft for Ameriprise, and leaving the remaining 1,500 as separate office space for a future Bridgewater Place tenant. 18 new private offices, two conference rooms, open office, admin and reception areas were built out to accommodate the financial planning firm.
