LANSING, Mich. — Orion Construction and Vista Springs have broken ground on a new 28,000 square foot, single-story facility in the Timber Ridge Village. The team gathered with local officials, current residents of Timber Ridge, and families to celebrate a formal ground- breaking ceremony today at 11am. With the addition of “Imperial Park”, Timber Ridge will have an additional 30 residential units in a new stand-alone building. Vista Springs Timber Ridge Village currently provides assisted living, memory care, and rediscovery transitional care services.
The existing resort-style assisted living community has 57 apartments that are all occupied. The new 28,000 square-foot residential building will add eight studio apartments and 22 one-bedroom apartments along with a commercial kitchen, formal dining room, beauty salon, spa, activity room, an additional private dining room, great room, work/office room and offices. The building boasts resort-style social areas and interior finishes synonymous with a luxury living experience.

Vista Springs intends to add 30-35 new staff members at Timber Ridge Village upon completion of the Imperial Park addition to enhance the resident experience.
Orion Construction is the general contractor on the new single-story, wood-framed building. The project was designed by RDL Architects. Orion is now underway with site work and is expected to be complete in July 2020.
