Project Summary
Baker College partnered with Orion Construction to build the 23,000 sf, two-story Culinary Institute of Michigan. As part of a larger multi-phase, $27 million dollar, public-private partnership development between Saint Clair County, JB Real Estate Ventures, and Orion Real Estate Solutions, the Culinary Institute features cutting edge resources and comfortable amenitees for culinary arts students.
Orion is currently under construction on Baker College’s next phase with a 12,000 sq. ft., $3.5 million dollar, 48 bed student housing development completed in August.

- Multi-purpose room, student lounge, and staff offices
- 50 seat restaurant for real-world student experience
