Project Description
This 8,500 sq ft Blue Sky Vision is a new, ground-up construction at the West Point Office Park in Kalamazoo, MI.
The building is slab-on-grade, wood-frame, and shingle-roof construction. The exterior features a stone veneer wainscot with vinyl shingle and lap siding, as well as a covered entrance and vestibule. Inside features a large reception and waiting area, over a dozen exam rooms, a tech room, an interior sub-waiting area, offices, a break and conference room area, bathrooms, storage, and more. The complete interior buildout included framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, and finishes.
