Motown is redefining senior living in the heart of Grand Rapids. As Construction Manager for this $13 million, 52,000+ square foot facility, Orion created 54 individual units alongside an impressive slate of amenities: a hair salon, fitness center, healthcare suites, community rooms, and a commercial kitchen. Built in collaboration with LincUp and Tower Pinkster, the development prioritizes both independence and connectivity—offering residents a chance to age in place while enjoying all the benefits of an urban lifestyle. With completion set for December 2025, Mo-Town is a testament to Orion’s commitment to inclusive community-building through thoughtful, forward-looking construction.
