Project Description

Tommy’s decided to build a new location in Clermont, Florida to continue growing their brand and upgrade their space and services.

The new 14,500 sq ft facility boasts a 4,800 sq ft showroom with clear-span steel trusses, 16 foot ceiling, and nine 12’x12’ overhead doors for an expansive and versatile retail area on the ground floor. Four enclosed offices and four work stations line the back of the show room, as well as rest rooms, changing room, conference room, stock room, and employee lounge. A combination of EIFS, hardie plank, concrete block, and metal panel give the exterior a clean and modern look.

The lower level is a dedicated service and detail area with four large overhead doors, two offices, bathroom, and parts storage room. Foundation and block walls support a hollow-core precast slab ceiling with a height of 14 feet to allow adequate clearance for larger boats.
