Venue Tower is a 94-unit upscale apartment tower in the heart of Grand Rapids’ Arena District. The 11-story, 92,000 sq. ft. residential tower features market-rate apartments tailored to young professional who frequents Grand Rapids’ eclectic nightlife and entertainment scene. The building is made up of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging from 375 – 1000 sq ft.
The $20 million tower is loaded with amenities including a rooftop resident lounge, outdoor entertainment area, ramp parking, 24-hour fitness studio, energy-efficient appliances, fiber internet service, and ticket perks at 20 Monroe Live. The tower is well supported by the city’s hottest music venue, 20 Monroe Live. Completed by Orion Construction in January (2017), 20 Monroe Live is the 2,400 seat flex space/entertainment complex that connects to the BOB, adjacent to the Venue Tower and the forthcoming Bavarian-themed beer garden.
