Construction Complete! Orion Construction has announced the renovation completion of Kent County Health Department’s Fuller Main Health Clinic.
The renovation included adding 25,000 square feet and reconstructing existing spaces, such as examination rooms, treatment spaces, and administrative areas that prioritize efficient healthcare delivery and patient comfort.
