Project Description

Phase I consisted of a 40,000 sq ft, stick-built, two-story student housing building at Baker College of Port Huron for their Culinary Arts students. The dorms are designed like apartments with complete kitchens, individual sleeping quarters, and private living spaces. There are total of 17 apartment units, totaling 49 beds. Students moved in on time and the project came in on budget.

Phase II is similar style, 30,000 sq ft building with nine apartment units and a total of 18 beds.
