Project Description
115-year-old West Side Grand Rapids restaurant the Holiday Bar received an exterior restoration in fall of 2021. Orion Construction provided updates to the historic structure included selective demo, concrete, new windows, siding, millwork, parapet, lighting, and more, all in an effort to breathe new life and vibrancy into a timeless building.
In addition to the updated façade, a local artist painted murals throughout the Holiday Bar’s outdoor bier garden.
