Project Description
Located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapid’s business district, the Warner Building is a 15-story mixed-use tower located adjacent to the 12-story Hyatt Place hotel. The Warner Building is comprised of Class A office space, retail and restaurant space, and a 7-story parking deck. Law firm Warner Norcross & Judd occupies the majority of the building as it’s anchor tenant. The building also features Chemical Bank’s West Michigan main office, ground-floor retail space, a lobby, and a seven-story, 440-space parking deck.
Due to the otherwise tight quarters and high pedestrian traffic, the 140/150 Ottawa construction site was been given thoughtful consideration to ensure safe, clean, and respectful progress throughout the construction.
