Project Description
Michigan Meadows is an 87 unit townhome community near the corner of Michigan St and Maryland Ave in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The project includes 22 two-story, four-unit buildings on the 19-acre site. The development will incorporate 143 parking spaces for residents.
Townhome floorplans will offer 2 and 3-bedroom units with high-end finishes, patio porches, attached garages, and other on-site amenities. Rents will be market-rate.
Prior to construction, an existing and vacant church needed to be abated and demolished. Two million dollars of brownfield tax increment financing incentives were acquired to aid in asbestos abatement, demolition, and site preparation.
