Project Description
This build out on the 6th floor of Bridgewater Place in Grand Rapids is the renovation of an existing space for New York Life. We did a complete demo of the interior components for a brand-new build out of the space. One of the biggest challenges with doing a project like this in a fully operating high rise is keeping construction noise and traffic to a minimum during normal business hours. Orion has done several successful buildouts in Bridgewater Place while maintaining a quiet work environment and by use of wayfinding to keep traffic down the right path. This project was completed in December of 2024.
