Union Suites at Michael is the second development built in conjunction with Union Suites LLC, Dwelling Place, MSDHA, and Colliers. In the City of Wyoming, this visionary project redefines upscale affordable senior living in the heart of the community.
Union Suites at Michael features a full renovation and remodel of the old AT&T building in Wyoming at the corner of Michael Avenue SW and 36th Street SW, along with new townhomes. In total, there are 150 units as affordable one- and two-bedroom housing options. 120 apartments are part of the existing 2-story building and a 3-story building on site, while 30 units are townhomes.
