Project Description
Stadium North and Senior Lofts represent our commitment to superior construction and community development. This project, centrally located in Lansing, offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units in Stadium North, along with specialized Senior Lofts for elderly residents. In total, 132 units were constructed at the site.
Our construction management approach goes beyond construction; it envisions positive urban transformation. We engage local businesses,
subcontractors, and workers, fostering community involvement. Active collaboration with minority contractors adds diversity and inclusivity to the project.
