Project Description
This Spectrum Health project involved the renovation of three separate floors at the Bridgewater Place building, each with an existing office space. Demolition of existing offices and removal of non-load-bearing walls made way for new partitions and finishes from floor-to-ceiling.
Material delivery, noise, waste removal, dust, and scheduling were all under special consideration for occupants in surrounding floors and offices during the renovations.
