Project Description

The six-story, 125-key Hyatt Place was a public/private partnership between the development firm Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG) and Lansing Township.

The hotel features an on-site restaurant, pool, fitness center, and meeting spaces. Because this was a busy site within a retail center, site safety was a primary consideration.
