Project Description
Located on the 12th and 13th floors of Bridgewater Place, Northwestern Mutual’s expansive office space spans approximately 27,000 square feet. Meticulously designed, these floors seamlessly blend functionality with modernity, featuring multiple meeting areas tailored to remote communication needs. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, the focus was on creating spaces conducive to virtual interactions. To adapt, soundproof individual Zoom meeting rooms and larger group remote meeting areas were incorporated, ensuring privacy, clarity, and technological compatibility. Despite the challenge of construction within a functioning building, extra care was taken to minimize disruption to other tenants. Crews worked during early mornings and evenings to reduce noise, with strict guidelines in place for construction activities. Overcoming obstacles such as managing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness in common areas and and ensuring neighbor tenant satisfaction were just a few unique challenges with this project. This build out was successfully completed on schedule and within budget.
