Orion Construction has completed two large builds for Pivotal Communities, bringing more affordable housing to Lansing.
The first, Stadium North Lofts is located on N Cedar Street in Lansing. This project is a partnership of MSHDA and Pivotal Communities.
“Orion Construction is proud to partner with Pivotal on another exciting project to bring affordable housing to the city of Lansing,” Orion Construction president Brad Walsh said, “There is great a need for affordable housing across Michigan and Orion is looking forward to working with the local neighborhood and community.”
Orion Construction, Pivotal, local officials, representatives from MSHDA and community members cut the ribbon on these buildings in September 2024.
All of the apartments include energy-efficient appliances and ample closet space. Stadium North Senior Lofts is made for adults 55 and over. Each spacious floor plan include modern amenities that you would expect to find in a luxury home at affordable rental rates. Both Stadium Loft buildings are smoke-free & environmentally friendly.
