Union Suites at Michael involves a full renovation and remodel of the old AT&T building in Wyoming, situated at the corner of Michael Avenue SW and 36th Street SW, alongside constructing townhomes. The development comprises 150 units offering affordable one- and two-bedroom housing options. Of these, 120 apartments will inhabit the existing 2-story and 3-story buildings, while 30 units will be townhomes.
