The two-building development includes 3,500 square feet for a restaurant and another 3,200 square feet for retail.
Firms on the project
Orion Real Estate Solutions, a division of Orion Construction, and SIBSCO, are the project’s major investors.
Sparta-based ChoiceOne Bank financed the project.
Orion Construction broke ground on the project, designed by Grand Rapids-based Concept Design, in February 2016.
Colliers West Michigan began leasing the project in January.
